High Quality Polymer Material!
PolyEtherEtherKetone (PEEK)
PEEK is a high-performance thermoplastic known for its exceptional mechanical strength, thermal stability, and chemical resistance. Ideal for aerospace, medical implants, and demanding industrial applications, it offers metal-like durability with lightweight versatility.
PolyPropylene (PP)
PP is a cost-effective, lightweight polymer with excellent chemical resistance and fatigue durability. Widely used in packaging, automotive components, and medical disposables, PP is easy to process and highly recyclable.
PolyVinyliDene Fluoride (PVDF)
PVDF is a specialty fluoropolymer valued for its chemical inertness, UV resistance, and excellent electrical properties. It’s widely used in chemical processing, wire insulation, and medical filtration systems.
PolyEtherImide (PEI / Ultem)
PEI is a high-temperature, flame-retardant polymer with outstanding mechanical and electrical performance. Used in aerospace, medical devices, and electronics, PEI offers long-term reliability in harsh environments.
PolyPhenelene Sulfide (PPS)
PPS is a semi-crystalline engineering plastic offering outstanding chemical resistance, flame retardancy, and dimensional stability. It performs reliably in high-temperature environments, making it ideal for automotive, electronics, and industrial use.
PolyCarbonate (PC)
PC is a tough, transparent thermoplastic with high impact resistance and optical clarity. Commonly used in safety equipment, electronics, and automotive lighting, PC combines strength with design flexibility.
PolyTetraFluoroEthylene (PTFE / Teflon)
PTFE is the gold standard for chemical resistance and low friction. Non-stick, non-reactive, and thermally stable, it’s ideal for seals, gaskets, wire insulation, and cookware applications.
PolyStyrene (PS)
PS is a rigid, transparent plastic commonly used in packaging, disposable labware, and consumer goods. It offers excellent clarity and ease of processing, though it’s best suited for low-impact applications.
